Multiple Global Event Rules EndPoint in an account

Hi There,

Is it possible to have multiple global event rules end points in an account? I want to have set of groups use it for service routing. Having one event rule for entire account with over 100+ rules is difficult to manage. Any suggestions?

Hi Amit,

There isn’t currently a way to configure multiple endpoints in global event rules. Global event rules is still an early access feature, so we welcome your suggestions for improvement. If you have any details about your use case, please send them to us at support@pagerduty.com and we will be sure to pass them on to our Product team.

Hi there Amit –
If you’re still interested in having multiple event rules end points in an account, we now have an early access project called Team Event Rules that would allow for teams to author their own sets of rules, each with its own endpoint. Please contact support@pagerduty.com to request early access to this project, we’d love for you to try it out!
